Where a shade usually surrounds the source of light, Skinny’s source of light is the shade itself. With a curious stoop, the object appears to be swallowing itself, exploring the notion of exterior and interior form.  Because of its thin frame Skinny softens and diffuses light in all directions from its interior source.
